What is Printeez On Demand? +
Printeez On Demand is a print-on-demand and fulfillment platform for creators, brands, and resellers. We handle printing, packing, and shipping directly from our facility in Granby, QC. You can connect your Shopify or Etsy store, or use your account manually to place orders and access advanced pricing.
What products and printing methods do you offer? +
We offer t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, beanies, and tote bags using DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film), and embroidery. Each product page lists available print placements such as front, back, sleeves, or neck labels.
How do I connect my store? +
You can connect your Shopify or Etsy store directly from your dashboard. Once connected, orders flow automatically into production. If you prefer, you can also place manual or bulk orders without linking a store.
Can I place bulk or sample orders? +
Yes! You can order samples or bulk quantities directly from your dashboard. Use the Manual Order tool to build your own “à la carte” order. Our system automatically applies bundle pricing and volume discounts, ideal for resellers, designers, and agencies.
What are your production and shipping times? +
Production time averages 1–3 business days for in-stock items and 3–9 days for Just-In-Time products. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3–5 business days, and 5–8 days for Western provinces. US and international shipping use live carrier rates for the fastest options.
What carriers do you use? +
We use a shop-rate system that compares rates between FedEx, GLS, UPS, Purolator, Chit Chats, and Canada Post to ensure the fastest and most affordable delivery.
What happens if my order is lost or returned? +
If a package is lost in transit and reported within 30 days, we reprint and reship it free of charge. Returned packages are held for 30 days; you can request reshipment by paying the new shipping cost. If no action is taken, the item is discarded.
Can anyone use Printeez On Demand? +
Yes. Printeez On Demand is open to everyone — from online sellers to graphic designers, agencies, and resellers. You can connect a store or place manual orders directly through your dashboard.
